Our online course Awakening 101

is a guide for your own unique and individual spiritual awakening journey. It comprises of journal prompts, questions to ponder, activities to integrate and guided meditations. It’s all written in the title! Whether you are new to this path of awakening or an old-timer, we welcome you to this guide and toolkit to offer insights of what to be aware of when travelling the journey of discovering you and becoming a proverbial ninja through it all. Although we’re not such big fans of the word ‘spiritual’, we chose it here because it kind of does what it says on the tin and has a somewhat universal understanding.

So, what is it? The journey of ‘spiritual awakening’ is ultimately an odyssey of waking up to the fact that what we have been taught and conditioned to in our lives is not necessarily helpful for us and also not necessarily a comprehensive truth. That in fact, we have been cloaked in a sort of darkness to recognising our true nature and how powerful we truly are. It is a journey that cannot be described in words and one of diving deep into discovering more about who we are, which in turn starts to shape our reality in different ways. It is a journey of waking up to truth and of course embodying that truth.
